Delete an appointment

The Danger Zone at the bottom of the General settings page lets you delete an appointment. Once deleted, the appointment and its data will no longer appear in the dashboard, the creditor portal, or any reports.

Before you begin

  • You need Admin access. Editors will see the Danger Zone but the Delete Appointment button will be disabled.

How to delete

  1. Open the appointment and go to Settings → General.
  2. Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click Delete Appointment.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, type the appointment's company name exactly as shown.
  5. Click Delete Appointment to confirm.

You'll be returned to the dashboard once the deletion completes.

What happens when you delete

  • The appointment is hidden from the dashboard and from all listings and reports.
  • The creditor portal for the appointment becomes inaccessible.
  • The deletion is recorded in the audit log against the admin who performed it.
