Roles and permissions
Keelo uses role-based access. Some actions in this guide require specific roles within your organisation.
Roles
- Viewer — can view appointments and creditor data, but cannot make changes.
- Editor — can perform most day-to-day actions: creating creditors, admitting claims, creating meetings, managing voting matters, sending access codes.
- Admin — everything Editors can do, plus destructive actions like deleting a meeting or deleting a creditor, and managing team members.
- Owner — full access to organisation-level settings.
Where roles are assigned
Roles are assigned per organisation, not per appointment. Your role applies to every appointment your organisation manages. To change a team member's role, an Admin or Owner uses the Team page (in the admin section of the sidebar).
