View creditors' portal

View Portal

To view the creditor portal, navigate to the Portal setup page and click the View Portal button.

You will be logged in as the practitioner/admin user. To view the portal as a creditor, you will need to log in as the creditor.

View as a creditor​

To preview the portal exactly as a specific creditor sees it, you'll need their access code.

  1. Navigate to Creditors & Claims → All Creditors and locate the creditor.
  2. Click the actions menu (three dots) on the row, then click Share Access Credentials. A dialogue opens showing the creditor's name, email, and current access code.
  3. Copy the access code, open an incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N) so you don't lose your current session, and log in with the access code.
